At Real Property Management All Connect, our job is to fill your vacancy faster with quality tenants while minimizing maintenance costs and maximize your income.

It is hard to be a landlord. A landlord often thinks more about the numbers than a property manager does. But a landlord wants to know how much rent is being collected and what expenses will be paid out each month. Many times, it is hard to have any residual income left over after mortgage, property tax, insurance payments, etc. What if anything else happens?

At Real Property Management All Connect, we feel your pain. When you talk to our professionally trained property manager, we listen to the homeowner’s situation, identify the needs, set up a goal, and assist owners to find the best option with customized services to achieve the ultimate financial goal. All at a competitive rate!

Our pricing is competitive with property managers in the area, however with us, you benefit from the added value of 25 plus years of property management experience from the nation’s leading property management company.  We are professional and trustworthy which ensures our owners and tenants are satisfied.  In addition, we make sure our clients know what to expect upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises. Our customers value the services we provide, for a fair price.

Every day counts! RPM All Connect wants you to rent the unit at the best price within the most reasonable time frame. Typically, a market-priced rental property shall be leased within the first 30 to 45 days. Thanks to technology, we have experienced many cases in which the properties been rented out within mere hours!

Our professionally trained property managers will guide you through the whole leasing process, including but not limited to pricing strategy, showing schedules, traffic updates, renter qualification, etc.

Eviction is a costly, time consuming, and unpleasant experience for homeowners, renters, and property managers.

We work diligently to avoid eviction in the first place. Real Property Management Connect invests an extremely large amount of effort to find qualified tenants, so to minimize the future risk of eviction. Unfortunately, life is full of surprises and even the best situation may change quickly.

If an eviction still incurred, your property manager will work with designated attorneys who specialized in the Eviction or Unlawful Detainer field. The attorneys will file a judgment with the courts, and we will work with a collection agency to collect all past due rent, fees, and court costs.

RPM All Connect provides 24/7 emergency support service so tenants call OUR maintenance department at 3:00 am in the morning, not you!

What is more? Every single person who answers that call at 3:00 am in the morning is equipped with previous property management experience. They will greet the renters, try to troubleshoot the issue first, then identify if the situation is in an emergency category. Finally, we dispatch our contractor to take care of the work. By doing so, we minimize the unnecessary trips that may otherwise be costly to homeowners.

Yes, of course! It is your property and you have an absolute right to know what going on with it.

You can either call our office to speak to a property manager or utilize our cutting-edge online portal to access your profile, including but not limited to the access of rent roll, income statements, maintenance requests, lease information, etc.
