A little bit about myself:
It was tough to attend college and make a living 20 years ago. In order to provide for myself, I started managing my friends’ properties. My hard work and determination soon multiplied those first properties into well over 150.
After obtaining my B.S. Degree. I have worked for tax credit senior housing, affordable housing, FEMA managing assets, private investment sectors, highrise building construction, and land developments. The positions I worked at are Bookkeeper, Account Payable/Receivable, Tax Preparer, Office Manager, Leasing Specialist, Business Development Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Foreclosure Analyst, and Senior Management Assistant.
I have realized that property management is an experienced-leveraged skill that many think they can do, but they hardly optimize their options in terms of balancing the different outcomes and dilemmas.

Carissa became a licensed Texas REALTOR®️ in 2017, specifically to learn how to successfully invest in real estate. She sought out and soaked up as much information as she could from her mentor/broker in Bryan/College Station, who owned and managed 100+ doors and whose husband taught finance as a professor at Texas A&M University.
She jumped at the opportunity to do Business Development at Real Property Management All Connect in July 2022 and remains passionate about continuing to learn from those who invest in real estate every day, all while finding fulfillment in helping them to protect their assets with quality tenants, vendors, and property management services.
